Zoomlion independently developed ZE200 excavator available

Recently, Zoomlion Shanghai Branch Research Institute successfully sold its first ZE200-type (20-ton) crawler hydraulic excavator to Baoji City. This marks a significant milestone in the company’s efforts to expand its product lineup and strengthen its presence in the construction equipment market. The ZE200 model entered trial production in mid-November last year and underwent two months of rigorous field testing. The results were impressive, with all performance indicators fully meeting the design specifications. The machine is powered by a high-reliability Japanese Cummins engine, specifically designed for excavators, ensuring durability and efficiency. Key hydraulic components are sourced from globally renowned brands like Kawasaki and KYB, further enhancing the machine's reliability and performance. In addition, the excavator features an advanced IPC system integrated with a new Kawasaki master controller, offering improved control and optimization of the hydraulic system. This integration leads to better fuel efficiency and higher operational performance. The large, multi-functional, and intelligent color LCD monitor provides real-time feedback on the machine's status, making it easier for operators to manage and monitor operations effectively. Meanwhile, the Shanghai branch is currently working on the development of an 8-ton excavator model, which is expected to be launched in the near future. This new product is anticipated to become another strong contender in the market, reinforcing Zhonglian Excavator’s position as a leading brand in the industry.
