Zoomlion independently developed ZE200 excavator available

Recently, the first ZE200-type (20-ton) crawler hydraulic excavator, independently developed by Zoomlion's Shanghai Branch Research Institute, was successfully delivered to Baoji City. This marks a significant milestone in the company's efforts to expand its product portfolio and strengthen its position in the construction equipment market. The ZE200 model entered trial production in mid-November last year and underwent two months of rigorous field testing. Following this, all performance metrics met or exceeded the design specifications, proving its reliability and efficiency. The machine is powered by a high-reliability Japanese Cummins engine, specifically engineered for excavators. It also features premium hydraulic components from renowned brands like Kawasaki and KYB, ensuring durability and precision. The integrated IPC system, developed using an advanced Kawasaki master controller, enhances overall performance and user experience. The seamless integration of the engine and hydraulic system results in improved operational efficiency and reduced fuel consumption. Additionally, the large, multi-functional, intelligent color LCD monitor provides real-time feedback on the machine’s status, making it easier for operators to monitor and manage operations. In parallel, the Shanghai branch is currently working on the development of an 8-ton excavator model, which is expected to further diversify Zoomlion’s product lineup. With continued innovation and focus on quality, Zhonglian Excavator is poised to become a strong contender in the competitive construction machinery industry.
