This classification includes two color infrared pyrometers which consist of lens, fiber optics and processing components. Fiber optic can bear high temperature up to 250℃ and do not need additional cooling. It has strong casing, use stainless steel lens(with air purge functions), die cast aluminum housing, protection grade is IP54. SMART-F series two-color pyrometer determines the temperature of an object by measuring the ratio of energy at two different wavelengths. The advanced software and hardware design help pyrometers meet the application in harsh environment as moisture, dust, target size change, partial blockage and emissivity change, even if the detection signal attenuates 95%, the temperature measurement results will not be effected. SMART-F series two-color infrared pyrometer can meet the requirements of two color measuring in various industrial occasions. For example, medium-high temperature below 2000℃, such as: hot rolled plate, casting, cement kiln, heat treatment, induction heating, monocrystalline silicon and polycrystalline silicon, etc. It can also be used in ultra-high temperature below 3000℃ measuring with high stability, such as vacuum furnace, graphite furnace, high-temperature furnace etc. SMART-F series is not only suitable for general industrial occasions of temperature measurement, but also suitable for installation in occasions with strong electromagnetic interference and high environmental temperature. Our gaskets come in four main types:
1. **SW600-R (Basic Type)**
This basic construction type uses reinforced metal layers without filler, offering better stability and compression properties. It's ideal for flange connections such as tongue and groove, male and female, or grooved to flat face.
2. **SW600-IR (Inner Ring Type)**
Features a solid inner metal ring that acts as a compression stopper. It helps prevent solids buildup, reduces fluid turbulence, and protects the gasket from damage between the flange bore and the inner diameter. Suitable for male and female pipe flanges.
3. **SW600-CG (Outer Ring Type)**
The outer ring provides radial strength, preventing gasket blowout and acting as a compression limiter. It simplifies installation by aligning with the bolts. Recommended for flat face and raised face flanges. For high-pressure applications (Class 900 and above), an internal ring is advised.
4. **SW600-CGI (Inner & Outer Rings Type)**
Combines both inner and outer rings for enhanced compression control and protection against corrosion. Ideal for high-pressure and high-temperature environments, especially when dealing with corrosive or toxic media.
