The vibrating feeder is classified into electromagnetic vibration and mechanical vibration according to its vibration source; according to the vibration force generated by the vibration device and the feeder slot, there are two kinds of resonances: direct connection vibration and indirect spring connection.
When the feeder is in operation, the vibrating trough is substantially driven by a force that approximates a sine wave at an angle to the vibrating trough. The running speed of the material on the vibrating trough is related to the vibration frequency, amplitude and the inclination of the trough, and is generally 0.15 to 0.4 m/sec. The vibration frequency is generally 600 to 7200 beats / min. The amplitude is generally 0.1 to 30 mm.
Increasing the downward inclination of the vibrating trough can increase its production capacity. The inclination angle is between -12 and +12°. Each change of 1° will change the yield by about 3%.
The bottom of the vibrating feeder can also be made into a sieve type for the purpose of both feeding and sieving. In this case, the degree of wear of the conveyor belt of the belt conveyor can be reduced.
(1) Electromagnetic vibrating feeder The electromagnetic vibrating feeder is a resonant vibrating feeder.
