Xu Ping Sends Message to New Graduates of Dongfeng University

Walking out of the university gates with dreams and aspirations for the future, 2000 fresh graduates joined Dongfeng Business this year. On September 5th, 200 of them started their onboarding training at the company's headquarters. Xu Ping, the general manager and party secretary of the company, made a strong impression during his speech: "Your arrival has brought new energy to Dongfeng. I hope you stay grounded, remain passionate, and grow together with the company." An expert is someone who combines deep knowledge with real-world experience. No matter your role, strive to excel and make a difference. Communication skills are just as important as technical abilities, so learn to work well with others and foster a team spirit. Xu Ping also mentioned the ancient saying, "A peaceful heart leads to self-cultivation, family management, national governance, and world peace," reminding everyone that inner strength is crucial for success. He concluded by wishing the graduates a bright future and a fulfilling life ahead. Li Shaozhuo and Fan Zhong provided further insights into the company’s development, strategic direction, corporate culture, and R&D efforts, helping the new hires understand their place within the organization. The three-day training program includes various activities such as youth development forums, team-building exercises, the fourth Dongfeng Youth English Speaking Competition, and a welcome dinner for the 2007 graduates.
