**Introduction**
With China's accession to the WTO, the automobile tariff rate has significantly decreased, from 70–80% in 2002 to 43.85–50.7%. This has led to a surge in imported car sales, expected to reach 100,000–150,000 units that year, increasing market share by 5.6%. As the automotive industry continues to grow, so does the demand for auto parts, related products, and maintenance supplies.
Suzhou, as one of China’s most important economic and trade centers, boasts strong purchasing power and is a key region for automobile sales. The city has become a major hub for auto consumption and promotion. To foster business opportunities and exchange, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Suzhou Branch, in collaboration with Shanghai Expansion Exhibition Service Co., Ltd., organized the "2004 Suzhou International Auto Parts and Related Products Exhibition."

**New Pavilion Highlights**
The Suzhou South Asia International Convention and Exhibition Center is one of the most modern exhibition venues in Asia, covering 40,000 square meters. **Exhibition Scope**
The exhibition covers a wide range of automotive products, including domestic and imported cars, commercial vehicles, family cars, minicars, special vehicles, engines, shock absorbers, air conditioning systems, spare parts, coatings, spray equipment, beauty products, decoration, audio systems, maintenance tools, transmission components, electronics, electrical systems, instruments, tires, glass, specialty oils, additives, wiring harnesses, batteries, adhesives, security devices, cleaning equipment, bearings, and more.
**Exhibition Fee Standards**
- **Booth (9 m²):**
- Domestic enterprises: ¥5,800
- Joint ventures: ¥7,000
- Foreign-funded enterprises: USD 2,000 (minimum 36 m²)
- **Per Square Meter:**
- Domestic: ¥600
- Joint ventures: ¥700
- Foreign-funded: USD 200
**Standard Booth Includes:**
- 2.5m high walls
- Negotiation table and two chairs
- Lighting, carpet, fascia board
- 200-word company profile
**Conference Fee:** ¥500 per person (includes materials, lunch, drinks, souvenirs)
**Exhibitor Application Procedures**
1. Fill out the exhibitor application form.
2. Submit the signed and sealed form via mail or fax.
3. After confirmation, pay the required fee.
4. Booth allocation will be sent once payment is received.
5. Follow the guidelines provided.
**Payment Details**
- A 50% deposit must be paid within 7 days of booking.
- If not paid on time, the booth will not be reserved.
- Full balance due before February 1, 2004.
- Late participants must pay the full fee.
**Additional Services**
- Transportation and accommodation for exhibitors will be arranged separately.
- Invitations: ¥3,800 per million
- Tickets: ¥3,000 per million
- Banners: ¥2,000 each
- Balloons: ¥1,000/day
- Inflatable arches: ¥2,000/day
