4. Working Principle of Vibrating Screen

The machine is equipped with a vertical motor that has eccentric hammers on both the top and bottom, acting as a vibratory source. The eccentric hammers change the rotation track into horizontal, vertical, and inclined movements, transferring this motion to the sieving surface. Adjusting the phase angle between the top and bottom eccentric weights can alter the trajectory of the material on the sieve.
