4. Working Principle of Vibrating Screen

The vibrating screen is powered by a vertical motor with eccentric hammers installed at the top and bottom, serving as the vibration source. The eccentric hammers change the rotation track into horizontal, vertical, and inclined movement, which is then transferred to the sieve surface. Adjusting the phase angle between the top and bottom eccentric weights can alter the trajectory of the material on the sieve.
