Who earned the "coin money"?

It seems that "money" is the big head earned by taxi companies. For example, the largest taxi company in Hangzhou, Zhongrun Taxi Company, has more than 1,000 vehicles. It earns 7,000 yuan a month from a car and drives taxi companies. It is definitely a profitable sale.

but it is not the truth. Zhongxiang's warehouse in Hangzhou's Shixiang Road has parked dozens of vehicles every day and can't find drivers to drive. This is almost the current status of all taxi companies in Hangzhou.

Multiple business model

Hangzhou has a total of 76 taxi companies and 8496 taxis are in operation. Except for less than 1,200 "private" vehicles, the rest are "public licenses." A total of 1,380 vehicles have been directly managed by the companies.

“In 2001, the Hangzhou Municipal Government re-approved the plan to approve the use of taxis for a period of ten years. The compensation for operating rights is 30,000 yuan for 10 years of operation. The public companies that bid from taxi companies generally have to pay 150,000 yuan to operate for 10 years or 260,000 yuan is operating for 15 years," said Cai Guanxi, secretary general of the Taxi Association of Hangzhou City.

At present, taxi drivers in Hangzhou have three operating methods, one is the full contract. That is to say, the vehicle and operating right use fees and taxes incurred by the operators are all borne by the driver, and they are paid for about 1600 yuan each month; the other type is half-price contracting. In other words, taxes and expenses incurred on vehicles and operations are borne by the company. Drivers are responsible for paid use of operating rights. The company generally charges 8,500 to 9,000 yuan per month in contracted funds. There is also a company operation, that is, paid use of vehicles, operating rights, and operations. All taxes and expenses incurred by the company are borne by the company. Drivers hired by the company pay the company a certain monthly turnover, which is generally 8,000 to 9,000 yuan.

The difference is that the first two modes are called "separation" mode, that is, the separation of operational rights and vehicle property rights. The third mode is "unified" mode, in which the operating right and vehicle ownership are unified by the company.

Car owners with private licenses are equivalent to full contracting. For example, the taxi driver has a “private card” in the hands of the building. “I bought the car in 1994. It was a Xiali car at that time, and even the car had a license. It took a total of more than 100,000.” The government promises a permanent operating license. “The right to operate was once recovered, but later there was no such thing as the following. Some owners of private licenses felt that the risk of the policy was too high and they were transferred.” Lou Fang said.

According to CAI officials, at present, there are less than 1,200 "private" cards in Hangzhou. After 1995, no private cards were issued.

Where is the "money?"

Most of the cars that are currently on the roads in Hangzhou are “public car” cars. These were all made by taxi companies after 1995 and were obtained through government auctions.

In 2009, the maximum number of private taxis in Hangzhou reached 670,000. This price has now dropped to three to four hundred thousand.

Cai Guanyu once counted an account. A taxi has a contractual right of 15 million for about 15 years. It is now about 400,000. The profit from driving a car is only 10%, and the risk of contracting a taxi is huge.

Wang Yichuan, deputy director of the Hangzhou Municipal Transport Bureau, said that the taxi market in Hangzhou is trying out direct-to-enterprise management. It is necessary to use the 600 new cars put in at the beginning of this year as an opportunity to standardize the management of property rights relations, so that taxis in Hangzhou will develop in the direction of public buses. The car is owned by the company. The company signs a labor contract with the driver and buys labor insurance for the driver.

For example, Cai Hailiang loaned a total of 28 million yuan to the two banks this year, trying to buy back some cars from the driver, or openly bidding for the money is handed over.

For another example, the government bids for a licence and sends it to the company for operation. The company then contracts to the individual: the operating right is subcontracted several times, and the profit is stripped.

In addition, the government has imposed a license control on the taxi market and established a rent equivalent to 10 years. The source of these money is the origin of "money money."

According to statistics from the Hangzhou Municipal Bureau of Road Transportation, the hourly income of the taxi master is 16.06 yuan, the average driver works 9 hours and a half every day, and works at least 28 days per month. After the calculation, the monthly income of 3,000 yuan, the degree of fatigue It is almost impossible for ordinary people to imagine.
