Introducing the three terms of high-temperature and high-pressure thermocouples

High temperature and high pressure thermocouple is a kind of temperature sensor. It belongs to contact type temperature measuring instrument and is the most commonly used temperature temperature measuring element in industrial production. The material is generally more expensive and usually consists of two different wires, which convert the temperature signal into a thermo-electromotive force signal and convert the electrical meter into the temperature of the measured medium. The principle of temperature measurement is to form a closed circuit with two different components of homogeneous conductors. When there is temperature at both ends of the circuit, there will be current through the circuit, and there will be thermal EMF between the two ends at this time. Two different compositions of homogenous conductors are thermodes.
First, the nominal pressure
Generally refers to the static external pressure that the protection tube can withstand without breaking at normal temperature. The test pressure is generally 1.5 times the nominal pressure. In fact, the allowable working pressure is not only related to the protection tube material, diameter, and wall thickness, but also related to its structural form, installation method, insertion depth, and the flow rate and type of the measured medium.
Second, thermocouple insulation resistance
The test voltage of the insulation resistance at room temperature is DC 500V. The atmospheric conditions for measuring insulation resistance at room temperature are: temperature 15 to 35°C, relative humidity 45%, and atmospheric pressure 86 to 106 kPa. For thermocouples longer than 1 meter in length, the product of its insulation resistance at room temperature and its length is not less than 100 MΩ·m.
Namely: Rr·L≥100MΩm L>1m
Where: Rr-thermocouple's insulation resistance at room temperature, MΩ;
Length of L-thermocouple, m.
For a thermocouple whose length is equal to or less than 1 meter, its insulation resistance at room temperature should not be less than 100 MΩ.
Third, thermal resistance insulation resistance
The test voltage of the insulation resistance at room temperature can be any value from 10 to 100 V DC. The ambient temperature should be in the range of 15 to 35°C, the relative humidity should not be more than 80%, and the insulation resistance at room temperature should not be less than 100 MΩ.

Gas Shock Absorber

The shock absorber is used to suppress the shock and the impact from the road surface when the spring rebounds after absorbing the shock. It is widely used in automobiles to accelerate the attenuation of the vibration of the frame and the body to improve the driving comfort of the automobile. When passing through uneven roads, although the shock-absorbing spring can filter the vibration of the road, the spring itself will also have reciprocating motion, and the shock absorber is used to suppress the jump of this spring
