Changchai's 300,000 Euro III multi-cylinder diesel engine technical transformation project (Phase I) started construction in March this year with a total investment of 160 million yuan. The first phase of the project was designed and constructed with an annual production capacity of 150,000 units. At present, all equipment installation work has been completed. After the completion of the Changchai multi-cylinder technical transformation project (Phase I), it will mainly produce multi-cylinder machines for Euro II and Euro III vehicles and industrial machinery, and comprehensively improve the grade and quality of multi-cylinder machines. The successful 4B28TC common rail EFI diesel engine is based on the combination of independent research and development and technical cooperation. Based on the technical evaluation of Austria AVL, the electronically controlled common rail fuel system of Germany BOSCH is used, which can be matched with pickup trucks. SUVs, light trucks, etc., can also be used in some heavy trucks with a total mass of more than 3.5 tons. This series of models has the advantages of low emission, low fuel consumption, low noise, high reliability, stable operation, and the potential to upgrade emissions to Euro IV. Changchai has independent intellectual property rights and masters the core technology, which will be in 2008. Put into production.
