Whether it's fuel, oil vapor, water cooling, or air carrying lines, we offer an ideal connection solution. These quick connectors are specifically designed to match automotive pipe systems.
The design and production of quick connectors strictly follow SAE J2044-2009, which outlines the specifications for liquid fuel and vapor or emissions systems. If the product doesn't meet customer needs, we can tailor it according to specific requirements. The plug-in and self-locking structure allows for faster and easier connection and disconnection. The space required for operation is only the width of a finger on both sides, enabling high-density arrangements and increasing design flexibility for customers.

2) Security of Quick Connector
Our quick connectors feature a double sealing ring radial sealing structure with modified rubber O-rings. These O-rings are designed to handle fluid properties, including resistance to aging, corrosion, and swelling. Outer O-rings are separated by an intermediate spacer ring, ensuring no bonding occurs between the two sealing rings. The outer synthetic rubber O-rings improve mechanical properties and prevent air aging. Sealing rings and spacer rings are securely fastened within the shell using an elastic clamping device, preventing issues like ring falling or shifting. This ensures reliable sealing performance.

Designed for gasoline and diesel fuel delivery systems, as well as ethanol, methanol, or natural gas delivery systems, including their vapor venting and evaporative emission control systems.

5) Connect & Disconnect Operation Method of Quick Connector
A quick connector consists of a body, inner O-ring, outer O-ring, spacer ring, securing ring, and locking spring. When a mating tube end piece is inserted into the connector, the locking spring's elasticity allows the clip fastener to connect two connectors together, then pull back to ensure a complete connection. To repair or remove the quick connector, first push the male connector and press the clip button, causing the lock to expand, making it easy to pull out the connector. Please note that SAE 30th heavy oil lubrication should be used before reseating.
