Introduction
The BTK series iron separator for magnetic mines is designed by our company using advanced technology. It consists of an electromagnetic iron removal device, a metal detector, a non-magnetic idler roller, and a rectifier control cabinet. This system can be matched with conveyor belts to eliminate magnetic impurities such as raw ore, sintered ore, pellet ore, and block ore. It effectively separates ferromagnetic materials, protecting crushers from damage. Structure
1. Electromagnetic Iron Removal Device: The main magnetic field is composed of main and secondary magnetic poles. The main pole uses electromagnetic type, while the secondary pole can be electromagnetic or permanent magnet. Iron discharge is automatic, and it is mounted and seated.
2. Metal Detector: Used in conjunction with the HTK magnetic iron ore removal system to reduce iron absorption from the main to the secondary magnetic system.
3. Non-Magnetic Idler Roller: Selects no magnetic roller under the main magnetic pole.
4. Rectifier Control Cabinet: Combines special belt-type electromagnetic iron removal, metal detector, and rectifier control cabinet to form the magnetic system.
Work Principle
The BTK magnetic iron removal system transports materials on the conveyor belt. A metal detector is installed at the front, followed by the BTK special magnetic iron separator. The non-magnetic splitter platform connects to the iron parts that are sucked out after the iron bar. The rectifier control cabinet is connected to both the metal detector and the special belt electromagnetic iron remover. When the metal detector detects iron materials, an alarm is triggered, and the signal is sent to the control cabinet. The cabinet then starts the belt-type iron removal and excitation process. In the main magnetic pole, iron parts and some magnetic materials are also attracted. Through the rotation of the discharging iron straps backward, due to the significant differences in shape and magnetic properties between magnetic ore and iron, the magnetic separation occurs through three rounds in the area, most of the magnetic ore falls onto the conveyor belt, and a small amount of material with iron is separated into the platform. After four passes, the effect is very good.
Application
It can match with the conveying belt to eliminate the magnetic impurities, such as the original ore, sintered ore, pellet ore, block ore and others. It can separate ferromagnetic materials with the least mine to protect the crushers.
