Introduction
The BTK series iron separator for magnetic mining is designed by our company using advanced technology. It consists of an electromagnetic iron removal device, metal detector, non-magnetic idler roller, and rectifier control cabinet. This system can be matched with a conveyor belt to eliminate magnetic impurities such as raw ore, sintered ore, pellet ore, and block ore. It effectively separates ferromagnetic materials, protecting crushers from damage. The product features a compact drum-shaped structure, automatic belt correction, easy maintenance, low power consumption, and the ability to operate in harsh environments.

Structure
1. Electromagnetic iron removal device: The main magnetic field includes the main magnetic pole, which is electromagnetic, and the secondary magnetic pole, which may be electromagnetic or permanent. Iron discharge is automatic, and installation is fixed.
2. Metal detector: Used in conjunction with the HTK magnetic iron ore removal system to reduce iron absorption from the main to the secondary magnetic system.
3. No magnetic idler roller: A non-magnetic roller should be used under the main magnetic pole.
4. Rectifier control cabinet: Combines the special belt-type electromagnetic iron remover, metal detector, and rectifying control cabinet to form the magnetic system.
Work Principle
The BTK magnetic iron removal system transports materials on a conveyor belt. A metal detector is installed ahead, followed by the BTK special magnetic iron separator. The non-magnetic splitter platform is connected to the iron parts that are sucked out. The rectifier control cabinet is linked to both the metal detector and the special belt electromagnetic iron remover. When the metal detector detects iron materials, it triggers an alarm, sending a signal to the control cabinet, which then starts the belt-type iron removal and excitation. In the main magnetic pole, iron parts and some highly magnetic materials are also attracted. Through the rotation of the discharging iron straps backward, due to the significant differences in shape and magnetism between magnetic ore and iron, the magnetic separation through three passes results in most magnetic ore falling onto the conveyor belt, while a small amount of material with iron is separated to the platform. After four passes, a good effect is achieved.
Application
It can match with the conveying belt to eliminate magnetic impurities such as raw ore, sintered ore, pellet ore, and block ore. It can separate ferromagnetic materials with minimal impact to protect the crushers.
