Application
1. Hydraulic oil level: ISO4006(:99) 18/15 or NAS1638 9-10. If petroleum products are used, ensure the oil is filtered (10-25μm).
2. Recommended hydraulic oil: ISO VG22-46 (0ºC-70ºC), ISO VG15 (-15ºC-0ºC).
3. Supply voltage: 12V DC, ±10%.
4. Ensure all hydraulic components including cylinders, tubes, and joints are clean and free of debris.
5. Check the oil level in the tank during the first operation.
6. Replace the hydraulic oil after the first 100 hours of use. Replace every 3,000 hours afterward.
7. Fill the oil tank up to 90%. The minimum should not be less than 85%.
