Instructions
1. Hydraulic oil level: ISO4006(:99) 18/15 or NAS1638 9-10. Use filtered oil (10-25μm) if using petroleum products.
2. Recommended hydraulic oil: ISO VG22-46 (0ºC-70ºC), ISO VG15 (-15ºC-0ºC).
3. Voltage supply: 12V DC, ±10%.
4. Ensure all hydraulic components like cylinders, tubes, and joints are clean and free of debris.
5. Check the oil level in the tank during the first operation.
6. Replace hydraulic oil after 100 hours of use and every 3000 hours thereafter.
7. Fill the oil tank to about 90%, with a minimum of 85%.
