The Characteristics of TSE Series Twin Screw Extruder
1. The gearbox
The parallel three-axis drive design ensures compactness and high performance. Key bearings are imported, and the materials used for drive components include high-strength alloy steel, which is heat-treated, ground, and hardened to ensure high torque, precision, and low noise. Lubrication is smooth, and the system alerts when hydraulic pressure is too high.
2. The feeding system
The Feeding System includes single screw, twin screw, hollow screw, forced feeding, side feeding, and liquid addition systems, ensuring precise material control.
3. Screw
The screws are designed with accurate elements and kneading blocks, allowing for efficient cleaning, mixing, and forming. Made from high tool steel (38CrMoALA or W6Mo5Cr4V2), they undergo special heat treatment for durability and performance.
4. The barrel
The Euro-style rectangular barrel has optimized reflux cooling, reducing temperature differences in different areas. It can be made from nitrided steel or other corrosion-resistant materials depending on application needs.
5. The heater
The heater features an innovative tight design that improves heat transfer efficiency and extends its lifespan.
6. Pelletizing
Multiple pelletizing methods are available, including water-cooling strand, air-cooling, water-ring, and underwater pelletizing.
