Vibration-proof pressure gauges are widely used in various industries such as machinery, petroleum, chemical engineering, metallurgy, mining, and power generation to measure the pressure of non-corrosive media like copper and copper alloys.

Installation Notes

 

1. The instrument should be used in an environment with a temperature range of -40°C to 70°C and a relative humidity not exceeding 80%. If it deviates from the standard usage temperature of 20°C ± 5°C, additional errors must be considered.

2. The instrument must be installed vertically to maintain the same level as the measuring point. If the height difference is too large, additional errors caused by the column will not be considered when measuring gas. When installing, ensure the back of the housing is blocked to prevent explosions.

3. The normal operating range should not exceed 3/4 of the upper limit under static pressure, and 2/3 of the upper limit under dynamic pressure. In both cases, the maximum pressure gauge reading should not be lower than 1/3 of the lower limit. For vacuum measurements, fully utilize the vacuum part.

4. If the pointer fails or internal components malfunction, contact the manufacturer for repair or maintenance.

5. Avoid vibrations and collisions to prevent damage to the instrument.

6. When ordering, specify the instrument model, measurement range, accuracy grade, packaging requirements, and other details.

7. Custom designs can be made based on user requirements.

8. Before installation, verify that the instrument’s model, specifications, and accuracy meet the required standards. Check if the thread of the instrument matches the female thread at the installation point.

9. Install the pressure gauge vertically, with an inclination not exceeding 30 degrees. Ensure it is aligned with the measuring point to avoid indication errors.

10. After installation, check that the pointer is at zero or close to it when there is no pressure. Otherwise, the instrument may not be suitable for use.

11. When measuring steam pressure, install a ring pipe below the pressure gauge to allow water to pass through, preventing high-temperature steam from entering the spring tube and affecting the instrument's accuracy or causing leaks and burns.

Usage Notes

 

1. Open the valve slowly during use to allow pressure to rise gradually to the working position. Sudden opening may cause uncontrolled pressure, damaging the spring tube or rendering the instrument inoperable.

2. After use, release pressure slowly to avoid sudden drops in the pointer, which could cause it to hit the stop and bend or break.

Maintenance Notes

 

1. Calibrate or repair the instrument as needed.

2. Store disassembled instruments in a dust-free, dry, and non-corrosive environment.
