Here is a summary of the problems encountered by wireless remote grabs and their solutions.

A. failure type - grab can not be closed

1. The check valve in the cylinder or the solenoid valve in the valve group is blocked; first check the solenoid valve, whether it works normally, and when the grab is closed, the solenoid valve should be closed (non-conducting state). If the solenoid valve is working properly, check whether the check valve in the cylinder is blocked, and disassemble the cylinder to separate the middle bearing beam from the oil cylinder. The piston rod and piston of the fuel cylinder can be pulled out from the upper part of the cylinder and check the installed single on the piston. If the valve is stuck, if any foreign material should be removed, clean the cylinder's mounting parts with kerosene, and reinstall the cylinder. Remember to remove dirt from the cylinder when disassembling the cylinder.

2. The lower part of the piston rod is deformed and the cylinder fails to contract; the cylinder must be replaced.

3. Deformation of the bucket body; correct the bucket body and reinstall it.

4. Strut deformation; correct the struts and check the reaming size.

5. The hinge shaft wears badly; replace the hinge shaft.

6. The solenoid valve is on, the grab is open; check the remote control circuit system.

7. The solenoid valve does not light, the grab is still open slowly; Check the hydraulic valve at the bottom of the cylinder, or replace it.

B. Fault type - grab can not be completely closed

1. The cylinder is fully closed; open the grab and re-move the middle bolster so that after the cylinder is fully closed, lift the grab upwards and close it.

2. The lack of oil in the oil cylinder; replenish the oil in the oil tank, and move the middle bolster up and down repeatedly to exhaust the air in the rod cavity of the oil tank as far as possible.

3. There is internal leakage in the cylinder and the pressure maintenance performance is not good; disassemble the cylinder and check whether the internal seal and the one-way valve are damaged, and replace and repair.

4. The bolster is locked in a sloping manner, the drop is not in place, and the upper part of the piston rod of the fuel tank is deformed; check whether the connection part of the bolster and the cylinder is loose or deformed, and reconnect the nut tightly. If there is any deformation, correct the structural parts or replace the corresponding parts. .

C. failure type - grab can not open

1. Grasping severe deformation; correct deformation

2. The battery lacks electricity; replace the battery and charge the short-circuited battery in time.

3. The remote control system is faulty, and the fuel tank is in the normally locked state. Check whether the remote transmitter is powerless and replace the battery. The connection of the remote control system connector is reliable or there is a disconnection. The above problems exist, and the connection or replacement should be renewed. Check whether the electromagnetic reversing valve is energized during operation. Remove the solenoid valve and check that the damping bolt at port A in the flow control valve is blocked. If blocked, clean the flow control valve and solenoid valve. Please remove the flow control valve and check if the spool of the reversing cartridge valve under the flow control valve is moving properly. If the valve plug is stuck at the bottom, use the bolt of M6 to screw into the hole at the bottom of the spool of the reversing cartridge valve to pull out the valve plug and replace the entire reversing cartridge valve. And replace the hydraulic oil and oil filter inside the oil filter.

4. The solenoid valve indicator light is off, the grab has no action; check the remote control system, check the connector, and check the battery.

5. The solenoid valve indicator light is on, the grab has no action; check the battery voltage and check if the solenoid valve is manually opened.

6. The solenoid valve indicator light is on, and there is no action on the manual grab. Check whether the damping hole at the connection between the control cover and the solenoid valve is blocked.

D. Failure Types - Tilted Beams

1. The cylinder rod or cylinder rod is deformed due to lateral force due to a single wire rope force; the cylinder must be replaced.
