Pay attention to the degree of wear between each bearing and transmission, and grease in time. It is worth noting that the height of the brake lever is adjusted. If it is improperly adjusted, there is a possibility that the brake lever cannot be stopped or the empty vehicle cannot be put down. The correct adjustment height is 3-5 mm. Finally, remember to check each part of the connecting bolt regularly for looseness.

2, the maintenance of the liquid part

It must be kept in mind that the pressure of the hydraulic system cannot be easily adjusted in the field because it has been adjusted before leaving the factory. Also, when replacing hydraulic oil, remember not to open the manhole cover. If the working environment is poor and the dust is heavy, clean and replace the filter element regularly. Also check the level of lubricating oil on the inside of the car. Hydraulic system pressure gauges are easier to ignore during maintenance, but this is an important source of data. Therefore, it is found that pressure gauges must be promptly replaced when they are damaged or fail. In addition, pay attention to the temperature of the hydraulic oil, the normal temperature is 35-65 degrees. Once it is found that the temperature exceeds the maximum specified temperature, it is necessary to stop and check, and the trouble can be continued only after the trouble is eliminated.

3, maintenance of gas system

Compared with the above two parts, the maintenance of the pneumatic system is relatively simple. Mainly check the drain valve and dryer to see if there is any air leakage and the working condition is good. Check whether the air pump belt tension is appropriate. Pay attention to check the rubber pipeline of the air system to see if there is any aging phenomenon or cracks, and repair it in time. Also pay attention to the air system sender, pipelines and joints to see if there is loose gas leakage. Finally remind everyone that if it is winter, you must remember to add a little alcohol to the anti-freezer.

Because the workover rig is a relatively complicated device, once it fails to repair it is very troublesome, so the usual maintenance work to be done in place, in addition to maintenance, whether the staff is operating according to regulations is also very important.
