The large equipment hoisting plan of the project department began in early March 2014. A total of 11 large-scale equipments were hoisted, including important reactors such as oxidation reactors, solvent dehydration towers, crystallizers, hydrogenation reactors, and dryers. 4000 tons, the project cycle completed in a month. Before the large-scale cranes came on the ground, the project department did a good job of overall planning in advance and held a number of special meetings. In conjunction with the arrival of equipment, the large-scale equipment hoisting program was continuously optimized. Due to delays in the arrival of equipment and changes in the order of arrival, the project department adjusted the approach time of 1,250 tons of crawler cranes and the time required to re-deploy each working area of ​​large cranes in order to avoid idle cranes and reduce costs and increase efficiency.
