**Application:**
The TY series oil filtration equipment is ideal for purifying turbine lubricating oil. It is also suitable for treating hydraulic, coolant oil, and other lubricants that contain large amounts of water, vapor, impurities, sludge, dielectric, and colloids. It effectively and efficiently removes these contaminants, improving the properties of turbine oil and extending the maintenance period of turbines or other equipment with lubrication systems, ensuring they operate in optimal condition.
**Description:**
The TF turbine oil purifier series utilizes vacuum evaporation technology, coacervation technology, coalescing technology, separation engineering, and refined purification technology. It rapidly and effectively eliminates water, gas, impurities, colloids, and dielectrics under high vacuum conditions, restoring waste oil to a usable state. Turbines and other machinery with lubrication systems often require frequent oil changes due to contamination from vapor, water, and other impurities. If not properly addressed, this can lead to equipment failure or operational issues. The TY series helps extend the life of the oil and protects the machinery from damage.

**Special Features:**
This oil purifier can remove contaminants down to less than 5 microns, reduce water content to 60 PPM, eliminate air and gases to 0.1%, and lower oxidized molecules in turbine oils. Since turbine oil is 98% base oil with about 2% additives, keeping it free from water and contamination down to less than a micron ensures the additives remain effective, significantly extending oil life.
