**Application:**
The TY series oil filtration equipment is specifically designed for purifying turbine lubricating oil. It is also suitable for treating hydraulic, coolant oils, and other lubricants that contain high levels of water, vapor, impurities, sludge, dielectrics, and colloids. The system effectively removes these contaminants, improving the quality of the oil and extending the maintenance intervals of turbines and other equipment with lubrication systems, ensuring they operate in optimal conditions.
**Description:**
The TF turbine oil purifier series utilizes vacuum evaporation technology, coacervation technology, coalescing technology, separation engineering, and refined purification methods. It rapidly and efficiently eliminates water, gas, impurities, colloids, and dielectrics under high vacuum conditions, restoring waste oil to a usable state. Turbines and other machinery with lubrication systems often require frequent oil changes due to contamination from vapor, water, and other impurities. If left unchecked, this can lead to oil degradation, mechanical failure, or operational issues. The TY series significantly extends oil life and protects critical machinery from damage.
